Vedic meditation method does not require the ability to concentrate, analyse or focus.  It is a method for experiencing stillness and clarity, even while the mind is full of thoughts.  The only pre-requisite for this method is that the person can follow simple instructions – appropriate for ages 10 years and up.

Individuals are welcome to choose a class of meditation that they would like to learn. 

Alternatively, you may book a formal assessment and discussion, after which I can recommend the most appropriate meditation method; based on your individual life circumstances, goal of meditation and amount of time available to meditate.

The Studio currently offers meditation classes for general and specific health needs, including casual classes, meditations for; improving sleep, optimising mental health, stress relief, anxiety and depression and chronic pain.


Meditation training tailored for First Nation People, Psychologists/Psychiatrists and General Practitioners are also offered. ​At request, tailored classes can also be provided for families, mother/daughters, fathers/parents/children​.

This is particularly useful when going through a difficult time. 

Meditations offered in addition to the Vedic method include Dr Seigel’s meditations, and mindfulness training (as prescribed by Thich Nhat Hanh, Dr Bein).
