Optimising your mental health

Individual meditation training for ‘Optimising Mental Health’ (particularly useful for individuals recovering from trauma) is taught in three sessions.

 

Session one is two hours on Monday, session two is one hour on a Wednesday, and session three is an hour session on the following Wednesday.
